The Annual CTT Alumni Golf Outing took place on a lovely, fresh, mostly sunny day at Newlands Golf Club on Friday 16 September.
We are sad to have to record the passing of Marie Mungovan after a long illness. Mungo was a unique character, and a joy to work with, who made a major contribution to both social and business life in CTT during its best days in the seventies and eighties. We offer condolences to her family and close friends.
Her funeral mass will be at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook and 11.00 a.m. on Monday , Sept 13.
After very competitive semi final matches at Fitzwilliam on 2 September, Marion Kirwan and Colum MacDonnell won a close final.
